Cleopatra Media is one of the newest companies of the Cleopatra Group, owned by prominent Egyptian businessman Mohamed Abu El Enein. Cleopatra Media is responsible for the investments of Cleopatra Group in the field of media. As such, Sada El Balad channels network and Sada El Balad website are headed by Elham Abu El Fath, the General Manager of Cleopatra Media and editing director of Al Akhbar newspaper. She has also been the media adviser to Mohamed Abu El Enein for more than ten years.
Cleopatra Media owns Sada El Balad channel, Sada El Balad Drama channel and Sada El Balad sports channel as well as Sada El Balad website, of which Ahmed Sabr is the editor-in-chief.
Cleopatra Group invests in various sectors: industry, tourism, real estate, commercial centers, aviation and agriculture. It owns a number of mega projects in each of them. For example, it opened the Ceramica Cleopatra factory, the first in Egypt in the modern ceramic industry. Today, Ceramica Cleopatra is the world's largest producer of ceramics, porcelain and sanitary ware with 17 factories employing 16 000 engineers, technicians and workers, with an annual production of 100 million square meters and one million sanitary ware. It exports to 108 countries.
